Lilian Place Heritage Center is your one stop, exclusive event venue.  We provide an Old Florida Estate feeling in a private riverfront venue.  Lilian Place Heritage Center has two adjacent Historic Estates, Lilian Place built in 1884 and Hotchkiss House built in 1905.  We have a wide variety of areas for ceremonies, reception, and special events.  Located in the South Peninsula Historic District in beachside Daytona Beach, our site encompasses the two historic homes on 2.5 acres overlooking the Halifax River.
