The all-volunteer nonprofit Heritage Preservation Trust was formed in 2006 and acquired Lilian Place, a wonderful 1884 Victorian Museum. In 2012 the 1905 Queen Anne Victorian Hotchkiss House, a Cultural Event Site was acquired. These are two of the oldest and finest examples of late nineteenth century architecture on beachside Daytona.
