"Dining With the Spirits" blends history, dining, and a paranormal investigation into a night of anticipation and wonder!

The "Dining with the Spirits" experience is uniquely satisfying.

It fully engages the body, mind, and spirit through a multi-course meal, a presentation on the history of Hotchkiss House, and warm engagement with any spirits on hand.  In fact, we set a place of honor for our resident spirits at their own table so they may join us at any time.

Appetizer - Cheese & Fruit board

Salad - Caesar

Entree Choice:

Spinach, Mushrooms & Asiago Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast

with mashed potatoes & seasonal vegies

Or

Beef Bourguignon

with mashed potatoes & seasonal vegies

Or

Fettuccine Alfredo with seasonal vegies

On the paranormal front, a complement of digital audio recorders, alarms, REM-pods, motion detectors, K-2 Meters, DVR cameras, are poised to measure and record any activity during the dinner experience, with special attention given to the spirit(s) place setting at their table.  Classic and modern ghost hunting devices will be used.

During dinner equipment is set up to capture any "ghostly" activity and hopefully communicate with the grumpy old man and other spirits from the past at Hotchkiss House!
